STEP
ONE : Unlock the inside sash by turning
the rotary locking handle.
STEP
TWO : Lift the inside sash at least
3 inches in the track.
STEP
THREE: Pull inner sash towards you
and carefully lower it so that it rests
in the opened position. The outer pane
of glass should now bw facing in and ready
for cleaning.
STEP
FOUR : Lower the outer sash in its
tracks at least 3 inches.
STEP
FIVE : Pull outer sash towards you
and repeat step 3.
